Clients must fill out the Reschedule Request Form available on www.coastalguntraining.com.
Complete all required fields in the form and agree to the terms by clicking the Consent Box before submitting the request.
If the reschedule request is for a class within 7 days of the original session date, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
If the reschedule request is for a class scheduled after 7 days from the original session date, no fee will be charged.
After submitting the form, clients will be redirected to a confirmation page stating that their request has been processed.
An email will be sent with updated class booking details and instructions to pay the rescheduling fee if applicable.
Clients must fill out the Cancellation Request Form on www.coastalguntraining.com.
Agree to the terms by checking the Consent Box and submitting the form.
All cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.
After completing the form, clients will receive an email with the contact details of a designated support representative.
The representative will assist with processing the refund, which will be issued within 10 business days, less the $50 fee.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" (failure to attend without completing the cancellation process).
